I think making choices will always be hard someone as smart, talented and passionate as you. You feel like you want everything, don’t you? Everything is fascinating. But “real life confronts you, and you feel pressured by things like career, money. Well, don’t fret too much. We can’t have everything. Once you live life less deliberately, you will be much happier. You simply can’t control everything. And those stuff that you feel you have abandoned for now .. well, one day, you will pick them up again naturally. And this time, it won’t be tied to any pressure of a career or whatever. It will be, in a way, more straightforward and pure.

And I’ve said this time and time again — and will continue doing so. I think you’re one heck of an individual. Brilliant and smarter than most people — at any age — could hope for. I have no doubt that you will achieve great things. The road is frightening, but also exciting! Good luck

I really still want to do architecture! But it’s a passion I will need to kill, because theres no way whatsoever my parents are going to let me do that course. I already discussed with them the possibility of me putting any architecture schools in my ucas… Don’t ask.

Ceasar Pelli!!!!! LOL. Ainaa you’ll be fine at whatever you do. and i think psych is considered a traditonal subject so it should be accepted in most places. But uh google it just in case. Yes opportunity cost is a high cost in almost every case. But I guess *here comes tacky quote* the bigger the risk the bigger the reward

I really cannot believe you are not besotted by architecture anymore! I remember you being absolutely mad with it. I was 15, in your shoes, and there you were harping on and making me nervously embarrassed about my lack of know-what in the architecture world (being very close to going for architecture, if you remember…).

But whatever you can and want and will do, you will be good at it if you trust yourself. That makes all the difference.
